In accordance with Circular 40/2024/TT-NHNN from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), starting from January 1, 2025, Bamboo Airways would like to notify customers about the requirement to update biometric information before carrying out transactions with Bamboo Airways through online payment methods.

Effective Date of the Circular: The Circular will take effect from January 1, 2025, and requires all customers to update their biometric information and valid personal identification documents with banks and e-wallets before proceeding with online payments on the Bamboo Airways website and mobile application.
