Currently, the VNeID application is under maintenance, and a significant increase in user traffic is expected in the coming days, especially during the peak period of the National Day holiday on September 2, 2025. This may cause disruptions to the airline check-in process.

To ensure a smooth check-in, Bamboo Airways advises passengers traveling from now until the end of the holiday period to bring the original Citizen Identification Card or other valid identification documents as required when checking in at the airport.
